This is a beautiful and elegant display for any banquet hall or restaurant or wedding. It is pricier than others on the market, but we think it's well worth the investment. The stainless steel is food industry grade. Best of all, there is no knob where chocolate unattractively globs. The others look like cheap knockoffs in comparison. In our indenpendent testing, we saw consistent liquid chocolate with no bottom residue or hot spots for upwards of 8 hours- more than enough time for even the most demanding application. There are kits to add additional tiers, for additional 'fancy factor'.
