Please note, we cannot guarantee compatibility with other brands that have similar machines: Avantco CFP5D, Eurodib HLC-300, Omcan HLC-300, and Central Restaurant Products GSV112 machines to all be nearly the same. Save time and labor! This plate cannot be used without a top cutting plate. This plate is available for purchase separately and not included standard with the AE-VC30 machine.
