The American Eagle Food Machinery® AE-VC30 is an excellent commercial food processor machine that has been widely used and tested throughout the entire US market. This plate is genuine OEM durable stainless steel blade and heavy duty aluminum alloy disk guaranteed to work with AE-VC30 machines. Please note, we cannot guarantee compatibility with other brands that have similar machines: Avantco CFP5D, Eurodib HLC-300, Omcan HLC-300, and Central Restaurant Products GSV112 machines to all be nearly the same. Save time and labor! With a curved blade, this plate is the ONLY option we recommend for slicing soft foods with the AE-VC30.The P4 or P2 plates that come standard with the VC30 are used on hard foods such as carrots or potatoes. This plate is available for purchase separately and not included standard with the AE-VC30 machine. The thinner slice sizes can be used for semi-soft cheeses for specialty foodservice applications. For produce or vegetables, we recommend the thicker slice size. Available in sizes: 1mm, 2mm, 5mm.
